Currently the apartment has a queen sized bed (bought only 3 months ago!) and a couch, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, and coat hangers that I'm happy to leave at no extra cost if interested! Laundry is down the hall and the apartment is on the ground floor making it easy to move in and out! Looking for a subletter from September 1st through at least November, but happy to lease for longer.
